my friend’s husband (ok, HE’S my friend now too) is in department of energy. they’re good. and i truly enjoyed hearing them at the sky church. i also slaved over appropriate band wear for their daughter FOREVER. i’m kidding, it took me ten minutes and i was *ahem* tipsy… but isn’t it cute ? anything is cute that size. especially those pink, hello kitty wellies…

if there’s one thing i’ve been inspired to buy, it’s a fun pair of retro kicks. the kids like their shoes.

one of the best parts of bumbershoot for me was seeing all the young kids with such individualistic style. i don’t remember being that savvy, that young. these two were so fun… their full length is a little blurry due to the rain on my lens… so hope the close-up suffices. i remember running around with my best girlfriends at this age. we would have died for something as fun as bumbershoot!

the googles tells me this was the rockstar energy drink vert ramp. i pretty much would have paid to take pics up at the top, like the cool kids, but i ran out of money paying for my ticket to get in.

these two were part of the rock prophecies gang (she- photographer, he-still eluding me). in itself- VERY cool (love his hair, and her royal order necklace). complete sidenote, i stood next to robert knight at katy perry, almost asked for his pic, chickened out… but thought… that guy has rocker style! duh.

first girls i saw. i think this trend to wear faux glasses is cute. if you’ve been wearing glasses since 3rd grade, you’re allowed that kind of perspective…
