busker style – breckenridge – ballard

mickey – xin – barney’s – downtown seattle

plaid + denim – chris – downtown seattle

boys of summer – kinjo twins – downtown seattle

blues – charles – downtown seattle

mixed pattern – anthony – pike place market

you may remember anthony from a sam remix shot… i saw him the day after i took these photos, and would have asked for another photo had i not been on my way to meet someone. his mix of pattern and accessories is spot on.

seersucker – brian – downtown seattle

it’s been a slow week for photos… i caught brian on my way to the imogen show. i’ve been trying to get out at lunch, but first week back to work, and it’s mostly been catching up with fellow working friends over lunch. plus with as grey as it’s been, hard to venture out… we’ll see what i find today…

supreme style – mike + ronald + ronald – emp – seattle

faces – mark – sam remix – seattle

busker style – ??? – ballard

any time i see spectators i swoon.  i love them in any form.  i just saw a pair by miu miu that’d i’d trade a kidney for.

faces – adam – FACE – south downtown

adam was also at the FACE event, snapping away at style. i didn’t think it was cool when someone made a joke re: his hat. one of my least favourite things is someone picking away at someone else’s personal style. and with a microphone, to a group of people, so he can be your joke… just plain bad manners. for the other photo of adam, and his hat Read more

naturally 7 opened for michael buble’ and they were AMAZING! i’m so excited to be turned on to this band… after going a little nuts over ‘straight no chaser’ this past christmas, these guys are a perfect addition to my a cappella collection (and not to play favourites, but better). be sure to click read more for more photos of their style and a video of them performing! st. pat’s ready – nick – crown hill value village

From needle+thread

so for the opening of the new crown hill value village, we were treated to some snacks and drinks and then a fashion show based off of clothes found in-store. if you’ve ever combed through value village, you know the treasures that can be found. i hope someone finds these pants and sports them on st. patrick’s day.

hat+glasses+mustaches – the boys – SAMRemix – downtown seattle

From needle+thread

i started noticing all these hats. as soon as i started stopping people for hats, i started noticing noteworthy facial hair. and of course… i’m a sucker for boys wearing glasses.

be sure to click ‘read more’ for the rest of the boys i nabbed at SAMRemix that fit into the hat+glasses+mustaches category. check back tomorrow for some full-length shots of memorable style from the night! Read more

musical style – guy fantastico/nick – capitol hill

From needle+thread

i asked this gentleman’s name and with no pause, he said ‘guy fantastico!’. the ability to become who you want, even in something so small as an introduction… inspiring. guy made his t-shirt (applique monsters) and i loved the flower pinned to his jacket…

check back tomorrow for the start of the SAMRemix pictures…
