This pair, worn by Scandinavian fashion blogger Elin Kling, looks uber-comfortable, and that peachy color adds an extra element of uniqueness. I have yet to see anyone in Seattle sport them… so come on ladies! Let’s embrace comfy chic! (and no, you can’t wear your bunny slippers with them, that’s taking it too far)

on the right- the poseidon by louboutin. i know, because i used to go downstairs and stalk it. tamara is also wearing dkny ‘nudes’ with the toeless feature. we had a bit of a hosiery conversation…

did you follow nonie of butter – london’s vids at new york fashion week posted on wear what when? i caught a few and loved this backstage glimpse of what seems like a far off land. nonie was one of the first people i saw at the FACE event and i loved her fuchsia leopard paired with the black tight/black shoe… so chic. also check out her polish (or varnish as sheena says- i’m in love with chimney sweep and snog ((and the names))

what a night last night! so much fun, so many interesting (and well dressed) people… where to begin? laura cassidy of wear what when on seattle met magazine (pictured above) asked me to come and ‘do what you do’. we’ll consider it scene capturing… mingling, talking about style, checking out the 2000 degree pizza oven from via tribunali. figures i go to a fashion show and end up listening to hip hop and watching the boys make pizza. so much to see, and so much to document. check back next week for my shots from the night. i’ll also be posting a photo an hour starting 12am tomorrow (cause you know i’ll be up sewing)…

i loved this really graphic coat paired with the scarf, and her boots and tights were the exact same shade- kind of a dark olive green.

i once read an article in some magazine about how a woman who’s past her 20′s should be careful how she chooses to use graphics/graphic tee’s. i wanted to write in about what a load of crap it all was, but my time is better spent. like taking pictures of people who do a great job sporting graphic tee’s. and age schmage. if you like it, my bet is you can wear it.

loved the mix of grey and purple (that bag!). wish i would have gotten dad too… such a beautiful family, here’s mom and son… someone said julian was shy of cameras, but as soon as i went to snap a pic, he jumped in with mom… what a cutie !
